To protect the best interests of the child, on June 3rd, the staff of Montessori Universe underwent training on „Children's Rights and Violence Prevention.“

The goals of the training were:

• To introduce the core principles and standards defined by the Code on the Rights of the Child and the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child;
• To raise awareness about forms of violence, bullying, and discrimination against children, and to develop skills for their identification;
• To familiarize the staff with child protection mechanisms and professional response obligations;
• To understand the importance of creating a safe, inclusive environment based on the best interests of the child;
• To strengthen the participants' professional knowledge and practical skills through the analysis of practical case studies.
