The Montessori kindergarten team is composed of professionals in various roles, all of whom have undergone international training. Together, they create a child-centered environment that is safe, supportive of independence, and focused on fostering each child’s development.
Montessori teachers and traditional (ordinary) teachers have different teaching philosophies, roles, and classroom structures. Montessori education focuses on child-led learning, independence, and hands-on experiences, while traditional education follows structured lessons and teacher-led instruction.
A Montessori teacher acts as a guide or facilitator, allowing children to explore and learn independently. An ordinary teacher acts as an authority figure, delivering lessons and instructions directly.
Montessori teachers are child-centered and hands-on, external learning using real life. They organized to encourage self-directed learning with open-ended materials. Ordinary teachers are more theoretical, often focusing on textbooks and worksheets. They are often focused on group learning and lectures.
