The enrollment process at the kindergarten consists of several stages:

• Registration: Completion of an online application form;
• Document submission: Presentation of the required documents on-site by the parent or legal guardian of the registered child;
• Enrollment: Issuance of an administrative act and signing of a contract with the parent or legal guardian.

Enrollment Deadlines:

• Registration: From May 1 to August 30 of each year. If groups are filled before August 30, registration will close early;
• Final enrollment: Within 10 calendar days after the complete submission of documents.

Enrollment Prerequisites:

Children are admitted into the following age categories:

• Ages 3 to 4;
• Ages 4 to 5;
• Ages 5 to 6.

Children aged 3 to 6 are placed in mixed-age groups, with no more than 22 children per group.

Registration Process:

• The parent/legal guardian fills out an online form, providing personal data and indicating the preferred enrollment period;
• Upon registration, the parent/legal guardian receives an electronic confirmation message.

Activation Process:

• The parent/legal guardian submits the required documents (child’s birth certificate, medical certificate, photograph, and other relevant documents);
• After receiving the documents, they are reviewed and verified by the responsible staff member;
• Once all documents have been properly submitted, a contract is signed with the parent/legal guardian, upon which the kindergarten director issues the official enrollment order.
