On May 8, Montessori Universe, the first official international Montessori kindergarten in Georgia, hosted its inaugural open house day.

The event, titled „Small Steps – Big Future“, was led by Tim Seldin, President of the Montessori Foundation and Founder of the International Montessori Council. The renowned author and educator has 50 years of experience in the Montessori educational field. Throughout his career, Tim Seldin has served as a leading teacher and executive director in several schools.

During the meeting, the guest spoke about the goals, objectives, and advantages of the new kindergarten, and shared knowledge with the audience about Montessori principles, methodology, pedagogical approaches, and the importance of early childhood education.

Montessori Universe opens in Tbilisi this September.
