Montessori teachers, whom we call „Guides“, do more than teach, they create an educational environment that respects the child’s natural development and nurtures independence.

To deepen their knowledge and enhance their skills, our guides have successfully completed a 66-hour professional development training module for educators. They are now undertaking a 6-month Montessori professional education programme. 

Teacher preparation in a Montessori kindergarten goes beyond academic study. It is an inner transformation – a process of learning how to accompany the child along the path of development.
